"Cape Cod Rehab is a great facility. My first time having PT on my knee and hip. The front desk people are very pleasant and helpful. My PT Casey is very personable, patient and has a great smile. I start pool therapy soon, and looking forward to it. I had other PT places I could have picked, but glad I chose Cape Cod rehab. I definitely can see an improvement since I started PT."

She not only explains the muscles being targeted during the exercises, but why each different muscle helps to achieve great results and function. She is knowledgeable but also kind and pleasant! "Brianna was my physical therapist in 2018 when I had shoulder surgery. She helped me make a full recovery. When I recently developed neck pain, my primary physician suggested that I get some physical therapy. I immediately thought of Brianna. She is very knowledgeable, personable and listens well. She has given me exercises to do at home which have also been helpful. Her assistant who helps with exercises in the gym area is also pleasant and knowledgeable. I have no doubt that Brianna will help me get to the point where my neck pain is minimal."

"I have been a client at Cape Cod rehab many times. They have helped me recover successfully from hip replacement and knee replacement. Recently, I came to them with a problem that hadn’t been completely diagnosed by several doctors. After relaying all my concerns and symptoms to my physical therapist, Briana Lackenby, she began to work on the area she thought would help the best. After one session of PT, I was relieved of pain that I had had for over five weeks. I still have a way to go and with Bree listening to me, I feel heard for the first time in many weeks! All the staff are friendly and professional. They are passionate and caring people. I recommend them highly."

"Christine Coyne at Cape Cod Rehabilitation: Mashpee, is a master Physical Rehabilitation Therapist! She has 40 years of experience, answers every question with total transparency, and positively reinforces every milestone. I suffered a catastrophic ankle break that required surgery (9 screws and a titanium plate), and 2 months on my back to reduce swelling and heal from the surgery with no physical activity. After working with Christine (or one of her minions working from her recovery plan for me) I am approximately 80% recovered (after 2 months of rehab). More importantly, she has positioned me to get to full recovery if I take responsibility and do the work as she has outlined for me. I couldn't be in better hands. I couldn't have been treated more professionally."

"shoulder injury, evaluation and rehab consists of many different exercises beginning with easy exercise for a few weeks, increasing exercise gradually with strength improvements. PT's listen to feedback and treat accordingly, the more feedback, the better the treatment and results. I think they're great....helping me a lot in short time - twice a week, plus I do a lot of exercise at home, that's important if you want to get better."

"I went to CCR after surgery to repair a torn quadriceps tendon. My intake session with Eric was outstanding; he did a thorough exam, explained the recovery process well and noted the specific issues I would face. Since then I've seen several other therapists; they were all knowledgeable, careful, and attentive. I'll be returning to CCR for additional sessions when I return from travel. The facility is excellent - clean, airy and well equipped, with private rooms for use as appropriate and several open areas with equipment and beds. I haven't used the pool, but it looks clean and well equipped."

"I have severe cervical arthritis pain. I have utilized physical therapists that approach the area with generic exercises. Joe Carroll has a Doctorate in the field. He spent the first several sessions diagnosing my particular pain. He then designed a program with this information. It is an iterative process that has added exercises that address my particular set of challenges. These for the first time, get at the root cause(s) of my pain. As a result we are making excellent progress."

He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and, best of all, very empathetic. I have found all the staff to be helpful, patient and friendly. The pool therapy has been so helpful.. "I had a lateral ankle reconstruction and was referred by my doctor to cape cod rehab. I’ve been aware of their reputation for years as family and friends have been patients or clients at various times. I was already confident going in that I was going to have a great experience and not only do the PTs and PTAs deliver, they really go above and beyond. I’m always more interested in someone who really knows what they are doing and can help fix the issues a patient is there for rather than “bed side” manner but Cape Cod Rehab has both really experienced excellent PTs and everyone on staff to the receptionist are lovely kind people. It’s really be a positive rehab experience!"

"In the past year and a half, I have been diagnosed with Angiosarcoma and MS. I was hesitant to start therapy after all of that. I've only been going for a short time but already am noticing improvement. Brittney is calming and supportive. She listened to my concerns, mostly about the pool, and adjusted to make sure I am comfortable with the sessions. I highly recommened Cape Cod Rehabilitation and Brittney."

"Simply stated, Christine has been outstanding! It started with my initial evaluation. During the intake process she listened intently to me describe the complex physical issues which have necessitated physical therapy. Upon the completion of my explanation, she carefully detailed her thoughts concerning my existing condition and informed me of her plan for therapy going forward. During our physical therapy sessions Christine identifies a particular body part that needs attention. She purposefully explains the theory behind the activity which is about to be demonstrated. Each exercise is displayed skillfully and deliberately connected to the identified area of concern. Over the years I have worked with a number of caring, knowledgeable physical therapists. There is no doubt that Christine ranks among the best and I am fortunate to be in her care."

"Taylor is a great therapist. She is caring, thoughtful and develops a thorough plan of care. However, the scheduler was to tell the therapist that I needed cervical neck traction. I received one call from the scheduler asking me to call back. I left three messages and was told each time that they would tell the scheduler. The first of my call backs, I was told the scheduler was on her lunch break. The second time I was told she had just left for the day. The third time I was told she was out sick. Each time I was told she would be told that I had called. I didn’t get a call back from the scheduler, necessitating my calling three times. In meantime, I was waiting for a call telling me that traction could, in fact, be done. I was finally told, on my third calI, that traction therapy could be given, and that they would tell the scheduler to call about dates for therapy. I never received treatment. Patient follow up should be a priority. I was busy with doctor visits and not feeling well because of chronic pain. Many days, I don’t care to make calls driven by long term depression and chronic moderate to severe pain."

"My first experience with physical therapy was in 1967. I’ve gone to physical therapy off and on for the rest of my life. Until I found Cape Cod Rehab I seriously considered physical therapy as a painful and unpleasant experience. Never have I had a bad experience at Cape Cod Rehab. The exercises are manageable, I feel confident that every effort is made to o keep me safe, that I’m listened to and that my input is always immediately addressed. My confidence, pain levels and progress are carefully monitored and tracked to keep my progress constantly improving or maintained. There’s always time to laugh and be encouraged. I consider my experiences there to be the best medical care I’ve had. There is always time to coordinate my care with the many doctors and specialists involved in my care. There’s no guesswork involved in what I should be doing. If a plan requires modification I never need to question the methodology or treatment plan. I know what to expect and look forward to going to therapy. Unfortunately, if I didn’t have the option of going to Cape Cod Rehab I feel my mobility would keep me confined in my home. Thankfully that isn’t an option because of the success experienced in physical therapy. I have a new lease on life. My gratitude is unmeasurable."

"John was my therapist treating my left shoulder. We ended up with using the pool, it was great. Have not had a problem with that shoulder since.that was 2016. Everyone is so nice there, especially Cathy , she sets up the apps.. A great experience I highly recommend ."
