FitPlan
FitPlan, a division of Cape Cod Rehabilitation, is a fitness-based facility designed for people of all ages. Fitness memberships are available at either our Mashpee or Hyannis location with access available to our warm water pool with a Jacuzzi bench in Hyannis. Included with a membership is a fitness assessment, instruction in proper use of our equipment and unlimited use of our facilities. Members are also able to take advantage of all our land and aquatic classes at no charge. Download our exercise class schedule.
Our FitPlan staff have experience working with individuals of all fitness levels and are among the most qualified and experienced fitness specialist on Cape Cod. In addition to holding at least a Bachelor's degree in an exercise related field, FitPlan staff have also earned certifications as:
- Burdenko Method Instructors
- Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists
- Certified Athletic Trainers
